Porto das Eiras

A costa norte do Porto Santo esconde vários tesouros.

The north coast of Porto Santo hides many treasures. When the tide is low, small pools are formed in some places. After improved access to Porto das Salemas, there are many who have been able to enjoy these clear waters.

For those who like to have a beach only for themselves and to those who like a bit of adventure, I suggest a visit to Porto das Eiras.

ATTENTION:
  • Access is slippery, steep and loose stones.
  • Should only be performed by experienced walkers and in good weather conditions.
  • Use proper footwear, bring water and a snack.
  • Do not leave trash on the site!
  • It is imperative to visit this site only with low tide, not only to enjoy the pools but also to access the site safely.
